Upstox is hiring for the role of Software Development Engineer Backend I!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide expertise in developing new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology
- Solve complex problems follow good coding practices and comply with existing quality standards
- Analyze project requirements and accordingly provide technical and functional recommendations
- Perform system failure analysis and provide corrective actions
- Setup high-quality standards in production running code by performing diligent code reviews and rigorous unit test coverage
- Ensure high availability of backend services
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in software development.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
- Expert knowledge of computer science with strong competencies in Data Structures, - Algorithms & OOP concepts.
- Worked on SQL databases, Knowledge of NoSQL DBs like MongoDB and Caching (like Redis) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
