Xperi is hirng for the role of Software Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Scope, design and develop feature-sets for new and existing iOS applications. 
• Work directly with multiple disciplines – program management, product management, UI/UX, quality assurance, operations and marketing to manage deliverables, dependencies and schedule risks. 
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 
• Work on improving application performance including bug fixes. 
• Continuously evaluate and communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper management and external partners. 
• Work with and mentor other developers in the team. 

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in application software development with a focus on iOS app design and development.
 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Strong practical experience in Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, iOS frameworks and complex UI. 
• Strong practical experience in OOP, data structures, algorithm design, RESTful API’s, problem solving, and multi-threading.  
• Nice to have: practical experience in audio and video streaming. 
• Good communication skills.
