Buildnext is hiring for the role of Software Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborating with team members to build innovative, robust, and easy-to-use features.
• Write “clean”, well-designed code following the design paradigms and coding best practices.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. 
• Building amazing products that meaningfully impact multiple categories of users.
• Build new features into the application and update existing features.

Requirements:

• Passion to work in a startup environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency and experience in PHP.
• Hands-on experience building applications/services/APIs using PHP frameworks.
• Good understanding of RESTful API designing and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of code versioning using Git.
• Basic understanding of OOP, MVC, and various design patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.
• Willingness and ability to learn a new domain or pick up new technologies.
• Experience with the Magento framework is good to have.
• Exposure to front-end JavaScript libraries such as ReactJs or VueJs is a plus.
