Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as part of a team developing web services using Agile methodology
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of web services
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous working experience as a node js developer for 3+ years
• In-depth knowledge of Node JS, express or Restify, Redis
• Must have experience working with MongoDB
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services/APIs
• Hands-on experience with Javascript development on both client & server side - Must have used GIT (Source version control)
• Desired:
  • Experience creating front-end application using HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS
  • Experience working on cloud technologies (AWS)
  • Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public-Facing web applications
  • Work with various disciplines to provide technical insight of new initiatives
  • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of SQL
