Altair Engineering is hiring for the role of Software Development Contractor - C++!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Design, develop, and maintain C++ software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions
  • Implement and maintain software architecture and design patterns
  • Optimize code performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ technologies and best practices
  • Extensive research on open source technologies, and integration them with HyperWorks - as needed
  • Develop or enhance reusable modules for HyperWorks suites of products
  • develop test scripts, documentation of newly developed modules
