Number of working days - 1st and 3rd Saturday Working, 2nd and 4th Saturday Off.

Job brief

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers throughout the software development life cycle.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Requirements and skills

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

Offering -

Internship Duration - 12 Months

Internship Probation Period - 3 Months (Post satisfactory performance of the candidate in Internship for 3 months, you stay for the next 9 months as a Software Developer Intern)

Stipend During Internship - 25k per month

Placement After Internship - Yes (Post Completion of 12 months Internship)

Offer After Final Confirmation of job post Internship Completion - 12 L CTC - Fixed 9L + 1L PLI + 2L ESOPS.

The bond will be of 4L INR 2 years from the date of starting the internship.

(2 Years - 1 year of Internship plus 1 year of Job)

A Sum of 4L INR is to be paid by the candidate in case the candidate drops out after joining either during the internship period or after that until 2 years after starting with us.

We will give 10 days of leave during the Internship period per semester to take care of the exams and other activities in college.
