About this Job
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop & support custom-built applications and participate in the product development
- Participate in the analysis of requirements to understand the business and system needs regarding user interfaces, application enhancements, new functionality, and back-end processes
- Code and modify simple applications using programming tools. Document all code using standard forms and procedures, adhering to all naming conventions
- Create reports and work with others in the technical and analytical aspects of report creation
- Participate in unit, system, and user acceptance testing
- Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Net/Sharepoint, OOPS, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery etc.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Prior experience in software development, either through internships, personal projects, or professional work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements, technology stacks, and business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, robust software solutions.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
