We are looking for versatile and experienced technical additions to our development team in Gandhinagar. This position is for Those candidate who is from Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad/Gujarat. Responsibilities:

• Design & implement new software modules based on the product requirements
• Debug existing software components, fix issues.
• Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
• Eager to learn new technologies as per need
• Hands on experience with Python Django framework
• Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS or any other front end technology
• Database: Postgres/ Mongo/MySQL
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to the overall software architecture.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze and debug software issues, resolve technical problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for developed software and processes.
• Write unit tests and participate in testing efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, share knowledge, and foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Candidates with exceptional programming skills and relevant experience may be considered even without a formal degree.)
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or others, along with a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Prior experience in software development, either through internships, personal projects, or professional work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements, technology stacks, and business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, robust software solutions.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
