Software Developer Job in Delhi at SITA

SITA is hiring for the role of Software Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop integration services using the Spring Java framework.
• Analyse the business users’ needs, and contribute to the design and development of services to address integration needs.
• Develop applications and services, applying standards for programming, naming, security, and performance.
• Write unit tests for code to prove correctness.
• Maintain and repair applications to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications.

Requirements:

• Development experience with at least Java 8
• Knowledge of Maven and experience in building software using it
• Experience in writing unit tests for code correctness
• Knowledge of agile development, software design patterns, continuous integration, test-driven development and version control
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus/Artifactory etc.)
• Experience in using database technologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) would be an advantage
• Bonus if you have Microservices (Docker/Kubernetes etc.) experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spring Framework experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Message queuing (like IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ, and Active MQ) would be an advantage
  • Experience working with Microservices (Docker/Kubernetes)
