Software Developer Internship in Noida at SMC Insurance

SMC Insurance is hiring for the role of Software Developer! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with developers/other teams to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean and efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
• Integration of Rest and Soap Services and Payment Gateways.
• Experience with software development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages/tools (e.g. C#, Asp.net, Asp.net Core)
• Experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of version control systems e.g. Git/SVN
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent degree
• Exposure to cloud computing services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Knowledge of the Insurance domain
• Knowledge of frontend libraries/frameworks e.g. React/Angular/etc.
• Experience: 2-5 years
