EduabroadCRM is a product of Edumilestones. It is an ultra-customized CRM for education consultants. It is used by Study Abroad Consultants, Immigration Consultants, IELTS training institutes, and educational institutions to streamline their leads and admission process.

Responsibilites:

• CRM Configuration Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation and customization of a CRM system for an organization. 
• They work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the system meets the needs of the business and its customers.
• Assessing the organization's current CRM needs and identifying areas for improvement
• Configuring and customizing the CRM system to meet the organization's specific requirements
• Training users on the new system and providing ongoing support and maintenance
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure the CRM system is integrated with other business systems and processes
• Collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of the CRM system and make recommendations for improvements.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with CRM systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. They should also be comfortable working with data and be able to analyze it to make recommendations.

Skills Required:

• Require a combination of technical and business skills. 
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and software, including experience with specific platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho or any other CRM
• Experience with data management and analysis, including the ability to work with large sets of data and generate reports
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement solutions that support these processes.
