Job Responsibilities

Work with business leaders to translate product vision and requirements into

product architecture, design and roadmap for implementation

● Will be working with 20-25 members of the core engineering team.

● Responsible for designing & development of low latency and high performance

systems.

● Handling peak time load of concurrent users

● Will be in charge of code reviews and architecture for a 50-100 Tps node.

● Take feedback from the market and stakeholders to constantly improve

product features and quality.

● Provide thought leadership and mentoring to the technical team on critical technical

issues.

● Drive innovation in product and recommend new cutting edge technologies in

Automation, Natural Language Processing, Rules management, Knowledge Graphs

and reasoning

● Lead development efforts by actively reviewing and optimising the codes

● Resolve coding challenges faced by the team with a hands-on approach

Required Expertise

● 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role with Excellent

communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Experience in Designing and deploying scalable tech architecture of digital platforms.

● Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript/Java frameworks such as React,

Moustache /Handlebars, Bootstrap, Jquery, Spring, Spring MVC, Apache REST/Web

Services, Microservices, API gateway, Apache Camel, JPA(Eclipselink), Rest Apis,

Swagger, knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modelling

● Proven track record in the design and implementation of Web/Mobile

solution/Products

● Ability to understand complex and ambiguous business needs and applying the right

tools and approaches

● Hands-on experience in the software development environment, Agile, and code

review/management/versioning

● Hands-on with leading Software Development Processes.

● Knowledge of application security and securing the complete solution with high

degree DevOps realization.
