Social Media Strategist – Senior II Job in Udaipur at GKM IT

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in developing, implementing, managing, monitoring and improvising social media strategy and campaign management (agency or brand experience is good to have.
• Ability to define the most important social media KPIs and measuring the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Proven track record in handling paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of content planning, performance marketing, audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Ability to build brand positioning, thought leadership and community engagement across social media channels.
• Experience in managing content calendars, influencer collaborations, and cross-platform brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking metrics, optimising campaigns and preparing reports.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
• Experience with IT or SaaS clients is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and creative ideation skills.
