XL Dynamics is hiring for the role of Social Media Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and optimise social media presence across various platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
• Analyse and optimise social media efforts based on key performance metrics such as likes, views, engagement rates, and ad performance.
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms using tools like Loomly.
• Upload and manage video content on YouTube channels.
• Monitor and manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Track likes, comments, tags, and ad performance metrics, ensuring timely optimisation.
• Respond to comments and interact with the audience to foster a positive online community.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, advertising algorithms, and best practices to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and analysing social media and ad performance.
• Experience in running and optimising Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
