Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Social Media Strategy Development - Craft and implement social media strategies to enhance and expand brand awareness of ReachInbox, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Content Management & Scheduling - Curate, plan, and schedule engaging content tailored for sales professionals and lead generation reps across all social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand presence and ensuring timely delivery.
• Community Management - Actively monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions, to foster a strong online community.
• Performance Analysis - Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement based on data-driven results.
• Campaign Oversight & Trend Monitoring - Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and stay updated on social media trends to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and content innovation.

Requirements:

• Creativity and Content Creation Skills: Possesses a strong sense of creativity with the ability to produce engaging and appealing content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Understanding of Social Media Trends and Analytics: Well-versed with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms, and with the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
