Job description:

• As a Social Marketing person you are responsible for all social media marketing activities of Lucky International in India. You are the key point of contact for the respective territory.
• You will report to our Director.
• Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans & programs for each product & directing promotional support.
• Provides short- & long-term market forecasts & reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring & analyzing data, & consulting with internal & external sources.
• Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, & initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, & training employees.
• Maintains social media marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, & appraising job results.
• Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
