Chai Sutta Bar is hiring for the role of Social Media Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) and ensure it aligns with brand voice and guidelines
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Coordinate with other departments to support promotional activities, events, and partnerships
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus
