Social Media Marketing- Interns Internship at The Bluebeans

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Understand and manage CRM tools for clients for ORM (online reputation management)
• Develop basic replies and help automate ORM journeys for different accounts and platforms
• Maintain sheet with management
• Coordinate with the management and internal client servicing team for secure access to ad accounts and maintain confidential sheets internally
• Maintain a list of all reports with client strategists
• Bridge gaps and bring out conversations for better account management based on page health
