Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy.
• Monitor social media trends, news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

Requirements & Skills:-

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
