Testbook is hiring for the role of Social Media Manager- Gujrat!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements:

• You have an understanding of what builds a brand on social platforms and are excited by the opportunity to do that.
• You have a minimum of 1-3 yrs practical experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in executing a social strategy, as directed by the leadership.
• Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third-party tools, and ability to integrate these tools. Impressive communication skills; written and verbal Fluency in Google Suite (Canva, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong digital marketing/high-growth startup experience would be preferred.
