iSchoolConnect is hiring for the role of Social Media Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintaining monthly Social Media schedules and posting as per the plan across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
• Researching, monitoring, and tracking what's trending on social media.
• Strategizing and developing plans to increase important SM metrics such as followers, engagement, reach, impression, and more.
• Creating content and strategies to maintain the CEO's presence on social media platforms.
• Ideating, creating, and posting engaging stories daily on Instagram.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Actively working on social media optimization to increase visibility and follower base.
• Working actively with the content, design, and campaign team to deliver desired results.

Requirements:

• 3.5+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing - Mandatory
• Graduation or equivalent/ MBA preferred
• A strong understanding of social media platforms
• Strong problem-solving ability 
• Pay strong attention to detail
• Must be a team player and a self-motivated individual.
