Social Media Manager Job in Delhi at Culsac

Culsac is a digital presence management company targeted towards managing social media accounts. To support the pivotal high-growth phase of our company, we are looking to hire experienced people for the role of social media manager with our company. The social media manager will not only be responsible for setting up the overall social media strategy for our clients but also be leading a team of Social Media Executives to ensure work delivery and client satisfaction. We hope to onboard a dynamic, mission-driven person with excellent communication skills.

Key Aspects of the role:

• Manage social media handles of our clients as well as company’s
• Advise our clients in setting up the overall social media plan. Prepare roadmap, content calendar, and overall strategy to ensure excellent output.
• Identification of key trends and insights and converting them into action items to improve the visibility of our clients’ handles.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the internal team including graphic designers, content writers, videographers, digital marketeers, and video editors to deliver quality content for our clients.
• Manage all client communications.
• Ensure execution of your strong understanding of social media analytics across platforms and of various tools and data-driven thinking.
• Lead the Online Response Management of our clients’ social media by responding to comments and queries and managing viewer engagement on the client’s social media handles.
