Fractal is hiring for the role of Social Media Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Run social media campaigns aligned with our brand voice to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across all relevant platforms
• Help create and curate engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
• Stay informed about platform updates and new social media tools to continuously optimize our social media presence.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools. Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
