Mini Orange is hiring for the role of Social Media Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
• Create engaging content across diverse platforms to foster audience interaction.
• Maintain and execute a comprehensive social media calendar for consistent posting schedules and strategic content planning.
• Monitor, optimize, and manage company profiles to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and community standards.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI coming through Social Media.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rate, conversion rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, content performance, and customer sentiment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align social efforts with overall brand objectives.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media with a strong preference for demonstrated success in the B2B industry
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in social analytics tools and understanding of web-related concepts
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
• Knowledgeable about online marketing and major channels
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking
• Fluency in English
