RDS Digital is hiring for the role of Social Media Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Create, schedule, and publish posts across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and campaigns
• Research trends, hashtags, and new content ideas
• Monitor page performance, insights, and analytics
• Coordinate with internal teams to align social media with brand goals
• Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations
• Track competitors and suggest improvements
• Maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality across all posts

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to draft captions, ideas, and creative briefs
• Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and content creation tools
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of ads (Meta/Google) is a plus
• Analytical mindset to interpret social media insights
