Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
• Monitor comments, messages, and respond to audience queries
• Track social media trends and suggest content ideas
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Support social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
• Maintain brand tone and consistency across platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Understanding of hashtags, reach, engagement, and insights
• Creativity with attention to detail
