Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Social Media Responses: Respond over clients’ official social-media handles to customer queries and complaints in a time-efficient manner.
- Team Management: Assist the account lead in managing the team, including such aspects as resource building/management, upskilling, leaves, appraisals, and rosters.
- Report Generation: Ensure timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly narrative-laden, insights-heavy reports.
- Process Improvement: Ideate upon and share views on how the whole process can be made faster and better.
- Client Relationship Management & Enhancement: Help your manager manage client relationships by taking on administrative tasks and increase revenue via successful upsell pitches.
- Knowledge Building: Contribute to the larger AGR community by taking up data science projects or by creating trend reports for AGR's marketing/PR efforts.
- Crisis Management: Help the team in handling crises that may see mentions spike and necessitate nuanced responses.
