Social Media & Content Associate Job in Gurgaon at Verona

Verona is hiring for the role of Social Media & Content Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives
• Independently conceptualise, ideate campaigns, content themes and ideas that resonate with our target audience
• Translate content ideas into high-quality collaterals, including but not limited to social media posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, and reels
• Collaborate with our design team to create engaging visuals that align with our brand identity
• Manage the timely completion of articles, PR memos, and develop talking points for the spokespeople.
• Develop and implement PR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with the PR agency for timely delivery of actionables and hold them accountable Lead Generation and Community Building: 
• Support with the social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posting, drafting captions, and researching hashtags.
• Support with the development and maintenance of content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, pop culture, and industry news to keep our content well-researched, fresh and relevant
• Prepare and analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Eye for design and a good aesthetic sense
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong understanding of social media best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management. Freshers with good creative acumen can also apply.
• A psychology background or interest in the domain of relationships is a plus.
