Social Marketing Specialist Job in Chennai at Temenos India Pvt. Ltd.

Temenos is hiring for the role of Social Marketing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and write copy for social media marketing campaigns.
• You will develop and execute social media campaigns in support of global marketing campaigns.
• Will uphold brand standards and ensure that graphics fit within brand guidelines and social media best practices, and that text is on-message.
• Will be using the social media advocacy tool and guiding users within the company on social media and advocacy best practices.
• Will drive social media advocacy across marketing, Inside Sales, Sales, and the Business Solutions Group.
• Will pull reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, regional marketing and sales teams to measure campaign success.
• Will create graphics for content creation or coordinate with design for more complex campaigns.
• will liaise with regions to translate social media posts and graphics.
• Will be contributing to the ongoing development and monitoring of internal relations and brand management. This includes liaising with Internal Communications, Executive Communications, and the People teams.
• You will follow set processes for routine work with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).
• This role reports to the Integrated Campaign Manager and offers future growth opportunities supporting global campaigns. Development opportunities include: working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, preparing draft copy of webpages, and liaising with the web hosting team to ensure changes are made in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

• You should have a degree in marketing / social media or similar fields.
• You should have 3 years of experience in social media and a variety of online marketing channels.
• You should have an eye for design - basic graphic design may be required for content creation.
• You should have a background in B2B organizations in the technology industry.
• You should have a strong writing and verbal skills in English.
• You should be an independent thinker.
• You should have knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM platforms). Experience working with social media scheduling and reporting tools (such as Meltwater) is preferred. Experience working with a Social selling tool (such as Social HP or Oktopost) is a plus.
• You should be staying up to date with social media marketing trends.
• You should be regularly researching and analyzing competitors.
• You should understand and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and message to check the communication standard across all channels.
