Glance is hiring for the role of Social Content Strategist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and drive the social media content strategy for all Glance brands in alignment with brand and business goals. 
• Leverage insights and data to understand user behaviours and create innovative and creative work that will delight and surprise users across social channels and cut through the clutter
• Coordinate the in-depth evaluation of all social media campaigns and proactively optimize strategies based on learnings. 
• Communicate with followers, engage in brand and influencer banter and keep the brand in conversation 
• Plan and deliver on content ideas to drive core brand narratives and conversations across social media throughout the year from planning all the way to delivery while working hand in hand with cross-functional teams 
• Work in tandem with the brand marketing teams to plan and execute social media campaigns across the respective brand channels. 
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually improve content style and campaign ideas. 

Requirements:

• MA degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing or similar relevant field 
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and other social media best practices 
• Flair for creative copy writing
• Understanding of the pulse of young India and ability to curate content ideas appealing to them 
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches 
• Good understanding of social media KPIs 
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
