Site Supervisor Job in Delhi at Jain Constructions

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, in collaboration with the project team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out according to the project plan, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure their availability and efficient utilization.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to the on-site team, including subcontractors and construction workers, to maintain productivity, resolve issues, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, implementing and enforcing proper safety protocols and practices on the site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site management or construction project management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
