Qure.ai is hiring for the role of Site Reliability Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Distribute AI and vision centric software to our customers with a range of different platforms (Linux, Windows). Work closely with the customers to debug and solve recurrent issues in deployments and updates.
• Work on creating and optimising these highly reliable services which would enable us to deliver our products swiftly.
• Build the required infrastructure and services to automate the environment setups and configurations for clients for a variety of computer platforms.
• Monitor and analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
  to optimize performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures for the infrastructure and applications.
• Continuously push the production standard forward and develop a customer-centric culture and strong production processes within the company.
• You will work in a unique professional culture championing thorough technical understanding, ownership and close work between Dev, Product and Customer Success.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic programming knowledge in any language.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
