Zenoti is hiring for the role of Site Reliability Engineer!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Design, develop, test, release and maintain components of Zenoti’s Cloud Infrastructure 
• Collaborate with a team of PM, DEV, and QA to release features 
• Work in a team following agile development practices (SCRUM) 
• Build usable software, released at high quality, runs at scale and is adopted by customers 
• Learn to scale your infrastructure  to handle 2x ~ 4x growth every year and manage code that has to deal with millions of records, and terabytes of data 
• Release new features into production every month, and get real feedback from thousands of customers to refine your designs 
• Be proud of what you work on, obsess about the quality of the work you produce 

Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing large-scale cloud-based infrastructure, particularly with the Microsoft stack.
• Possess knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and deploy services such as Lambda, EC2, SNS, SQS, Redshift, Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, API Gateway, Route 53, ELB/ALB, and Docker Containers (Kubernetes/ECS).
• Script the provisioning of servers, applications, and/or infrastructure in production environments.
• Work with SQL, preferably MySQL on AWS RDS.
• Utilize Continuous Integration tools like GitLab, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
• Understand the DevOps process and have working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Have experience with Containers/Docker and Kubernetes (good to have).
• Gain experience with Jenkins, NewRelic, Prometheus, and ELK (good to have).
• Work with Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation (good to have).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
