Bewakoof.com is hiring for the role of Site Reliability Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting infrastructure in cloud environments(AWS, GCP).
• Creating infrastructure with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Managing and maintaining databases such as Mysql, Redis, and Elastic Search.
• Debugging production issues across services.
• Designing, building and maintaining the CI/CD deployment pipeline.
• Integrating different monitoring tools for alerts and proactively working on them.
• Implementing and working with open-source frameworks.
• Working with cross-functional technical and business teams and varying levels of management.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies
• Knowledge of key SRE skills (Scalability, Reliability and Observability)
• Experience with monitoring or log aggregation tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.)
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and Unix shell
• Experience building and supporting containerised applications on various platforms like EKS, ECS
• AWS certification
• Knowledge of IaaC (Terraform, Cloudformation)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and being able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good project management skills, including strong presentation skills
• Maintaining good relationships with other engineering teams that help improve the product
• Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude. When you see something broken, you can't help but fix it
• You should be urged to document all the things so you don't need to learn the same thing twice
