About this Job
Equifax is hiring for the role of Site Reliability Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, implement and maintain services in Google Cloud - from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
- Work actively on Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, or other tools, and use CI/CD Workflow tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot production issues & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
- Write code using programming and/or scripting languages.
- Communicate with Operations & Product team members.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working on software tools, technologies
- Experience in any programming language
- Demonstrated ability to learn other tools, technologies, programming languages as needed
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
- Passion for troubleshooting, ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback
