Bewakoof.com is hiring for the role of Site Merchandiser/ Online Site Merchandiser!
Responsibility of the Candidate:
- Manage homepages, category pages, campaign pages and optimise creatives & banners based on performance
- Manage footage and drive monetization through advertisement of different brands on the portal
- Play a critical role in enhancing consumer experience on UI
- Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
- Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to sync marketing calendars across high visibility placements and devices
- Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring online site merchandising, data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance
- Having an eye for compelling merchandising, creativity, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing
- Past experience in managing site merchandising for ecommerce portals
- Ability to handle high visibility, high pressure launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders
- Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and design recommendations
- Working independently on key deliverables
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
