Amazon is hiring for the role of Site Merchandiser!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support merchandising for peak events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, along with creating and executing selection discovery campaigns and outbound (email and push) campaigns
- Review and update the onsite content and manage onsite operation plans to avoid defects
- Create on-brand, best-in-class content, tailored to appropriate customers
- Build and publish content using internal tools
- Analyze the performance of site content, report, and seek ways to improve
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs
- Contribute to outbound channel efforts
Requirements:
- Customer obsession
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns
- Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts
