Giant Eagle is hiring for the role of Site Merchandiser!
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Sr. Manager Site Merchandising to execute the enterprise digital content strategy.
- Lead the weekly content planning process for a business unit. This includes intake for content and messaging needs across business units and other stakeholder groups, incorporating personalization tactics, and educating stakeholders as new tactics and components become available.
- Partner with the team that creates traffic drivers to ensure the landing experience delivers the intended result.
- Execute and refine a robust QA process that ensures clean refreshes.
- Operate in a ‘measure, analyze, and adjust’ mindset to ensure that each content refresh builds on learnings from the last.
- Collaborate across CRM, Product, and UX to advocate for new site/app capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
- Experience Desired: Retail or ecommerce merchandising or digital item management; Web/Mobile products; Analytical tools like Google Analytics
- Education Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
