Desirous Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Site Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage different parts of projects, supervise crew members, and prepare estimates for time and material costs.
• Complete quality assurance, and observe health and safety standards.
• Review and approve quality‑related procedures prepared on the project to ensure compliance with the project quality program/plan.
• Train personnel assigned to the project on Quality related aspects as required.
• Recommend and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement activities to project personnel to correct observed quality deficiencies.
• Maintain client liaison and communication for project quality-related activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years
• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions that impact the quality program/plan
• Proficiency in providing direction and on-the-job training to assigned personnel
