HOSC is hiring for the role of Site Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide technical solutions
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements
- Monitor and maintain technical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for site visits
