Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring for the role of Site Activation Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborates with multiple team members in a matrix environment to support the effective delivery of site activation and/or amendments within assigned projects
• Assists with coordination of the flow of information between internal teams or functional departments involved in site activation and/or amendments
• Supports in developing and posting plans/guidelines for project implementation
• Supports monitoring and analysis of project status to ensure successful progress and
• Highlights gaps related to data, milestones, or activity currency. Raises gaps to STS/STM for resolution. 
• Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard 
• Supports STM members in managing financial and contractual aspects of the studies related to site activation or amendments
• Maintains knowledge of and understands SOPs, client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Minimum experience of 1 year
