Simulation Engineer Job in Chennai at Valeo

Valeo is hiring for the role of Simulation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Do mechanical simulations such as modal analysis, vibration, or multi-physic static (ANSYS workbench) required for validation of product design.
• Participate in defining the mechanical simulation plan of products and its update.
• Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design.
• Follow the action plan of design modification with the project team to be on time.
• Participate in the validation of simulation by comparing with test results.
• Capitalization & standardization: Supporting methodology development and simulation tools applications.
• Participate to the definition of the design rules, lessons learn,ed and improvement for the current method or standard checklist to improve product validation.

• Knowledge to apply the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities, the potential risks and their consequences
