Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Perform Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance of CNC machines &Assembly lines
- Troubleshooting the problems, Root cause analysis and solve the problems.
- Planning & Carryout Preventive Maintenance as per checklist.
- Monitor & Maintain the History Cards of Machines
- Monitor & Maintain the Spare parts of Machines
- Kaizen implementation to Improve OEE/Safety
- Data collection & analysis for Power /Air/ Water
- Actively promote safe working practices
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/E&TC/Mechanical with experience 1 to 3 years’ experience in automotive industry for Maintenance of CNC machines, Assembly lines, Paint shop & utilities.
