Infosys is hiring for the role of SFDC Testing Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community clouds.
• Design and execute test cases for various Salesforce objects, including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, etc.
• Analyze requirements and develop test plans for new features and functionalities.
• Implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Tosca, Provar, or other frameworks.
• Identify, report, and track defects through established defect management systems.
• Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-10 Years of strong experience in Salesforce application testing (Salesforce Certified Tester preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community).
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, workflows, triggers, process builders, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Proven expertise in creating and executing test cases, defect management, and test reporting.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Tosca, or Provar.
• Experience with locators, XPaths, exception handling, and implicit and explicit waits.
• Working experience with different types of testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git/SVN version control systems.
• Experience with CI tools like Jenkins.
