Service Support Executive Job in Pune at Ecozen Solutions Pvt Ltd

Ecozen Solutions is hiring for the role of Service Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Inspection of faulty materials (Controller, Motor, Pump, Drives) coming from SI/Clients, Service Engineers, Farmers, and Production line daily.
• Maintaining reports for faulty materials inspection and submitting the same to the Service Manager daily. (Entries in Google spreadsheet, Uploading photos of each material in Google Drive folder-wise)
• Doing Follow-up with the Production Team for timely repair of faulty controllers.
• Raising tickets into Ecozen Portal, Providing spare materials to the production team, and Close tickets after repair.
• Maintaining reports of Spare Stock issued for faulty controller repair and submitting the same to the Service Manager weekly. (Entries in Google spreadsheet)
• Visiting Authorised Service Centres of Pune every week for report/collection of repaired Motor/Pump.
• Doing follow-up during Inter department material movement (Service <-> Store, Service <-> QC, Service <-> R&D).

Requirements:

• 0-3 Years of experience
• Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, or Diploma
• Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment/Store (preferably Motor Pumps/ automotive)
• Understanding of quality control procedures
• Should be able to dismantle the motor pump and identify the faulty parts
