Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is hiring for the role of Service Support Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create renewal and warranty conversion quotes and book service agreements and one-time service billings.
• Process quotes and book agreements for the Full Care Program
• Investigate and rectify all customer billing and invoicing issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, sales, and service to ensure accurate billing and contract renewal.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate but College level is preferred.
• Approx. 2 - 3 years of prior experience in Customer Service.
• Prior contract administration or legal experience is preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to manage customer issues, and build relationships and cooperation.
• Multitasking and learning new job requirements/functions quickly.
