Schindler Group is hiring for the role of Service Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers
- Approaching potential customers for the sale and/or renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators
- Understanding customer needs and working out the finances for the project
- Assisting the Maintenance team in the smooth execution of the contract
- Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions
- Collecting the outstanding dues and Responsible for revenue generation through the proposal and procurement of Annual Maintenance Contracts for both Schindler and non-Schindler products with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
