Service Planner - THD Job in Bhiwadi at Markem-imaje

Markem-Imaje is hiring for the role of Service Planner - THD!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaise with customers regarding job updates, service invoice inquiries, scheduling installation times, and parts inquiries, and assisting with all service-related matters.
• Liaise with service engineers regarding call status progress and updates
• Order and quote management for spare parts
• Assist in collating and processings all service dockets from service technicians
• Work closely with the other team functions regarding parts ordering, warranty support,t and equipment sales, and installations
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with technical service supervision/ manager to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective preventative maintenance route and schedule
• Generate service invoice from service report
• Work with the  technical service manager to identify service contract opportunities
• Follow up with existing customers for contract renewal
• Provide backup to other CRM functions as needed
• Identify and recommend areas of improvements
• Keep the technical service manager informed of abnormal or critical situations
• Work with the Technical Service Manager to establish, maintain, and improve the

Requirements:

• Freshers (Encouraging Diversity)
• Work experience in the coding industry is an advantage
