Service Performance Manager Job in Pune at Barclays

Barclays is hiring for the role of Service Performance Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with global third-party service providers to ensure their access to systems, service requests and administrative requests are managed and maintained efficiently
• Coordinate the production of the Service Management monthly pack, with key networks service Managers, which supports Service Reviews with networks customers
• Prepare ad-hoc documentation, including but not limited to quotations and health and safety documentation
• Keep appropriate business system tools up to date
• Competence to contribute to RFP proposals and understanding partner responses enabling an award decision
• Ensure all work-related tasks are completed in a professional and structured manner and all company processes and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ITIL processes of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement
• A good team player, the ideal candidate will encourage colleagues to contribute but also can work within a team or alone to timescales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced user of Microsoft Excel is essential as is the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Strong communication skills to enable the building of effective relationships across teams and other cultural regions within Barclays and key stakeholders
• Evidence of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail under strict deadlines
• Evidence of working with third-party suppliers 
• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Experience within a customer service environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience within a large, complex, process lead organization
• Experience with strategic programs, initiatives & strategies
• Ability to manage data sets, summarize and present headlines
• Ability to work with stakeholders to boost understanding and awareness
• Able to identify improvements in processes, and build these into sustainable outcomes
• Improve insights and decision-making inputs provided to stakeholders
• Communication skills suitable to support a range of senior stakeholders.
• Manage a team of individuals wherever necessary
• Commercial expertise and contractual awareness of Barclays Foundation Services product offerings
• Ability to negotiate pricing and align support and maintenance contracts pricing to budgets
• Technical knowledge and appreciation of Networking products such as Extranet, Data Transport, remote access (VPN) Network Access Control, Switches, VLANs, LAN, Firewall, Load balancing Wireless technologies etc
• Be capable of liaising with other technology, business areas and 3rd party vendors in pursuit of resolving the Incident Problem or Change activities or communicating progress with teams within Barclays
