Ericsson is hiring for the role of Service Monitoring Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage all incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request.
- Work with ISPs and third-party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment.
- Help onsite engineers to check and resolve issues with the equipment, and take cautious decisions to ensure that the down time is as short as possible.
Requirements:
- Adacemic degree in engineering like IT, Telecom, etc.) is required. (Minimum on Bachelor Level)
- 1 - 2 Years of relevant work experience is essential.
- Experience in troubleshooting and alarm monitoring.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
